I want to give Naomi her flowers because she truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my hair.

I came in for boho braids, and Naomi had another woman named Confidence helping her. Before we started, I specifically asked for small parts. Confidence did the front and sides of my hair, but unfortunately, the parts were extremely large and the braids did not come out the way I requested. I was very disappointed with how the front and sides looked. Confidence ended up leaving, while Naomi continued working on the back of my hair.

The difference was very noticeable. The back that Naomi did looked beautiful, but I was unhappy with the front and sides.

What really impressed me was how Naomi handled the situation. Instead of making excuses or sending me home unhappy, Naomi and I took out ALL of the braids that Confidence had done, and Naomi redid them herself. She stayed until 5 AM to make sure my hair was corrected and that I was happy with the final result.

That says so much about her character and how seriously she takes her work. She sacrificed her time and sleep because she genuinely cared about making things right for me.

Naomi is truly a talented braider who cares about her clients and stands behind her work. Things don’t always go perfectly, especially when someone else is assisting, but what matters to me is how a business handles a problem — and Naomi did everything she could to fix it.

I absolutely give Naomi her flowers. 💐 She earned them. Thank you for staying with me until 5 AM and making sure I walked away happy. That level of dedication and customer care deserves to be recognized....more
